Thin Is Waiting For Me.
Just worked out. My body is aching and it’s a great feeling.
I am doing Jillian Michael’s Ripped in 30. I’ll start every day off with a protein shake, do my workout, take a shower, have some chill time, eat something healthy, spend some time outside, go on a jog/walk, eat something healthy, and repeat. Pretty much.
It’s so hard to talk about dieting with others because they always call me stupid since I’m “already skinny.” Just because I’m not obese does not mean that I don’t have extra fat.
"Have you been eating? You look insanely skinny. Like. Your belly is *really* flat.." -My best guy friend.
Wooooop I’m so happy. I have been eating, but healthily. I’ve lost ten or so pounds in the last month and I guess you can tell now ^.^
